Equine Seal Works As Hard As You Do

The First Air Barrier For The Equine Industry

Equine Seal is a durable, high density polyurethane sealant that acts as an air barrier and can adhere to almost any substrates including rusty metals, rotting woods, plastics and aluminum. Sealant Technologies has been offering this sealant to the agriculture industry since 2005 and it is now available to the equine business. Where can Equine Seal be used? The possibilities are endless. Equine Seal can be use in horse trailers, horse barns, shops, sheds and can even completely transform old metal building so that they can be used for horse stalls.

Horse Trailers

Horse trailers are an excellent opportunity for Equine Seal as many of them are older and they do not have any protection on the ceilings. Often these horse trailers are build from aluminum but Equine Seal can also adhere to any type of metals. A thin coating of Equine Seal can not only act as an air barrier, but also can provide a small amount of insulation, enough to drop the temperature considerably during the hot summer months. Also, because Equine Seal acts in a very continuous manner, there will be much less noise when the trailers are pulled. This is because the Equine Seal acts to create a solid ceiling system and that will actually strengthen the trailer and make it stronger.
