Shipping

Chemistry (AireBarrier, Soy Bio Sealant, Can Foam) ships in DOT-compliant containers from Sealant Technologies, Inc. facilities. Standard transit time is 5–10 business days within the continental US. Equipment (SprayPod 2.0, Ag Spray Rigs, Hot Box, Power Pods) ships via freight and requires arrival scheduling.

Unopened Chemistry Returns

Unopened cans and canisters may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less return shipping. The container must be undamaged, with original labels intact. Contact us at the Contact page to initiate a return; do not ship back without a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Opened Chemistry — No Returns

Once a can or canister is opened, the contents are not returnable. Polyurethane chemistry is reactive and time-sensitive — opened product cannot be resold or recertified. Plan your project carefully or consult our Coverage Estimator before ordering.

Equipment Returns

SprayPod 2.0, Ag Spray Rigs, Hot Box, and Power Pods are returnable within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, with all documentation. A 15% restocking fee applies. Customer pays return freight.

Defects & Warranty

All chemistry and equipment carry the standard Sealant Technologies, Inc. warranty against manufacturing defects. Defective items are replaced or refunded at our discretion. Notify us within 7 days of discovery; we will issue an RA and arrange return inspection.

How to Start a Return

  1. Use our Contact form to describe what you want to return and why.
  2. We will reply with an RA number and return shipping instructions within one business day.
  3. Ship back to the address provided in the RA email.
  4. Refund is processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
