AireBarrier White
Reflective white sealant for radiant heat applications and clean-look retrofits.
AireBarrier White is the reflective counterpart to AireBarrier Black. Same patented chemistry, same density, same Auburn-validated air sealing performance — with a white reflective finish that lowers summer cooling load on metal roofs and gives retrofit interiors a clean, bright look.

Key features
- High solar reflectance reduces summer cooling cost
- Clean white finish for retrofit interior visual quality
- Same patented chemistry as AireBarrier Black
- Same Auburn-validated air-seal performance
When white wins
For metal roofs in hot-humid climate zones (USDA 2A, 3A), white reflective sealant reduces solar heat absorption substantially compared with black. The cooling-cost reduction often exceeds the air-seal energy savings on summer-dominant operations.
Same patented chemistry
AireBarrier White uses the same high-density polyurethane base as the Auburn-tested Black variant. Density, adhesion, beetle resistance, and E-84 fire performance are equivalent — only the pigmentation differs.
Where it's used
- Poultry house roofs (hot climates)
- Metal building roof retrofit
- Equine stable walls (clean look)
- Dairy parlor ceilings
